| Abstract — The COmpound Semiconductors on Silicon
(COSMOS) program sponsored by the Defense Advanced Research Projects
Agency (DARPA) is developing heterogeneous integration processes to
enable the “transistor-scale” integration of compound semiconductors
with silicon. This talk will review the program goals, discuss its
